I live in Abilene, Texas. Can I pick up my items locally?

First - hey neighbor, thanks for stopping by! We have partnered with a 3rd party product fulfillment company to print, monogram, fulfill, and ship all of our orders. Since our fulfillment partner is not local to Abilene, we cannot offer local pickup for items. We greatly appreciate you supporting our small business and would love to see your items when you receive them! 

I’m not sure what size I am in a certain product. How can I figure out my size?

We’ve taken extra measures to include sizing guides and measurements on all of our products, specifically our apparel. Be sure to read all of our product descriptions and reference the size chart we’ve included for each product. If you have any specific questions about a garment, contact us and we will do our best to answer your questions. 

 

When can I expect to receive my order?

Most products are printed and ready for shipping within 3-5 business days. However this may also take up to a week for fulfillment and shipment depending on seasonal demands. You will get an email with tracking information as soon as it is available. It is important to know that our fulfillment times are an estimate, not a guarantee. 

 

What is your return policy?

For environmental and human friendly reasons, our products are only made when you order them. We take pride in having a fulfillment partner that is sustainable and reduces the waste of resources that can often be the result of overproduction. Our fulfillment partner places a 3-step quality check on all items and production techniques before shipping orders. 

Due to this, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges at any time. If your item arrives damaged or you suspect an error in print/monogram quality has happened on your item, we ask that you contact us within 5 days of receiving your order so we can best assist you. We will contact you to gather more information like product pictures to discuss the issue with our fulfillment partner.
